Left sleeve has a team applied "2008 World Series Champions" patch. Screened on Majestic tag lists the size "46" and the "Cool Base" flag tag is present on outer seam. Properly coded "0063" wash tag inside along with "09" embroidered strip tag. MLB Authentication affixed which states that the jersey is "team issued" however a Phillies LOA confirms that it was game used (relatively common occurrence).
