Description: 1998 New York Yankees (World Series Champions) team signed baseball in custom display (with Wells, Brosius, and Spencer single signed balls) (Team ball NM, others EX to EX/MT-NM) Rawlings Bud Selig Official 1998 World Series game logo baseball has been signed by (26) incl. Jeter, Torre, Rivera, Posada, O'Neill, Zimmer, Hernandez, Pettitte, Williams, Martinez, Girardi, Bush, Mendoza, Stanton, Brosius, Nelson, Raines, Ledee, Wells, Knoblauch, Chambliss, Spencer, Sojo, Lloyd, Cone, and Strawberry. Ink signatures rate 8 to 9 out of 10. Housed within mirror backed display case which has descriptive placard affixed to base. Included within the display are the following single signed baseballs: additional Rawlings 1998 World Series baseball signed on the sweetspot by Scott Brosius with "WS MVP 10-21-98" inscription (blue ink rating 8 out of 10, ball has very light toning) (EX/MT-NM); Rawlings G.Budig OAL Joe DiMaggio commem. logo baseball signed by Shane Spencer with "G.S. 9-27-98" inscription (grand slam which lead the Yankees to their record 114th win) (sig. rates 8 out of 10, ball has mild scattered toning) (EX/MT); and G.Budig OAL ball signed by David Wells (EX with some toning and signature fading). All pieces are hand numbered with both "P.P 4/7" and "AAC 3 of 5" lettering and there is a fifth baseball in the display with these and some additional markings.
