Description: Mid 1960s Mickey Mantle professional model baseball bat (VG-EX) Adirondack Northern White Ash 302 baseball bat with "Mantle" block lettered into the barrel end has model number "113A" stamped in knob. The bat measures 35" long and weighs 32oz with evident usage wear throughout. Hitting surface shows a hint of grain swelling and is coated in ball transfer and stitch marks. Upper handle has 7" of vintage tape applied and there are no visible cracks. Very fine and desirable Adirondack Mantle game bat exemplar with outstanding usage characteristics dating to the prime of his Hall of Fame career.
