Made payable to "Cash" and signed at lower right "Theodore Williams." Also signed on the back in similar fashion. Blue ink signatures rate 8/9 out of 10 with bank cancellation minimally effecting the one on front. Minimal wear with staple holes at upper left and errant ink mark on front. Includes letter of provenance from Claudia Williams: Check EX/MT, Sigs. EX/MT-NM
