Includes typed letter on Autry's California Angels stationery dated January 19th 1984. "Dear Harmon: Congratulations on your election to the Baseball Hall of Fame. It was certainly long overdue and, believe me, so very well deserved. Hope to see you sometime during spring training or the regular season. I might possibly be able to work out going back to Cooperstown for the induction ceremony. With my warmest personal regards" and signed "Gene".
