Description: Lot of (3) Cincinnati Clowns Negro League broadsides c.1942-44. All three are blank backed measuring 8 1/2"x11" advertising games between the Cincinnati Clowns against the Jacksonville Eagles, Rochester Mandels, and Louisville Black Colonels respectively. Player and team images are found on all three posters including Alex Radcliffe, Roosevelt Davis, and Jesse Walker. Minor wear is evident on the Louisville Black Colonels example including a few small edge tears. Includes letter of provenance from the Mitchell family: Range VG/EX-EX/MT
