Description: Mickey Mantle professional model baseball bat c.1950s. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 32.6oz. Model #K55 is stamped on the knob end. The bat exhibits evident use including barrel wear and cleat marks. The barrel of the bat has had some professional restoration due to surface dryness and minor wood damage on both front and back. Manufacturer and player facsimile name stampings remain very bold displaying nicely against a light brown finish. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and has a MEARS Authentication hologram on the barrel end (#307270): EX (With note to barrel restoration)
