Description: Cal Ripken Jr. professional model baseball bat c.1987-88. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 33.1oz. Bat has a dark brown hickory finish showing fine usage characteristics including ball/stitching marks, rack marks and a 2” handle crack. Gold stampings remain intact including Ripken’s facsimile signature and model number F149 on the barrel. A letter of provenance accompanies the bat from former Kansas City Royals clubhouse attendant Ken Ballard stating that Ripken gave him this bat personally.
