Description: Rare Nellie Fox Wilson Sporting Goods advertising display piece c.1950s-60s. Large 20"x28" die cut cardboard advertising display featuring a three dimensional die cut of Nellie Fox leaping for a ball. The sign is remarkably well preserved given its original fragility with a light stain at the bottom left, small tape repair to a tab at the bottom edge, and a tape repair to the very tip of Fox's extended foot. The cardboard retractable "spring" behind the Fox figure has been reinforced with some tape: EX-EX/MT
