Description: 1888 Scrapps Tobacco Detroit Wolverines baseball card team set. Total of (9) color lithographic die cut cards issued with Scrapps Tobacco packages. Players include Richardson, Dunlap, Getzen, White, Hanlon, Brouthers, Thompson, Bennett, and Rowe. All cards have been professionally graded by SGC with technical grades ranging from SGC 10 PR to SGC 40 VG. The card fronts remain uncommonly clean with bright original color and light general wear. The backs each have varying degrees of relatively minor adhesive residue or surface abrasions from scrapbook removal. Fresh to the hobby grouping rarely offered in this quantity.
