Jersey has #16 on the reverse which is a period number change (outline/stitching from previous number is visible). Shows light use and wash wear retaining its original Wilson tagging in the collar. Signed by Ford across the front in black sharpie. Includes LOA's from Hunt Auctions (jersey), JSA (autograph), and letter of provenance from Whitey Ford: EX-MT
