Description: Bill McKechnie 1925 Pittsburgh Pirates folk art walking stick. Unique hand carved wooden walking stick given to Bill McKechnie in honor of his management of the 1925 World Champion Pittsburgh Pirates. 34" tall hand carved cane features a baseball shaped finial with "World" and "Champs" carved lettering on either side panel. Wrapped along the body of the cane in hand carved raised lettering is, "Bill McKechnie Manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates World Champions of 1925".
