The game will be forever remembered for Carl Hubbell's five consecutive strikeouts of Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx, Al Simmons, and Joe Cronin. The offered baseball originates directly from the collection of Mule Haas. Lt. clear coated Harridge AL ball signed by (20) members of the AL team incl. Ruth, Gehrig, Foxx, Simmons, Gomez, Manush, Dickey, Averill, Cochrane, and Cronin. Sigs range from 5-9 out of 10 with the majority grading 7 or better. Ruth rates 7/8 while Gehrig rates 9 out of 10.
