Description: Lou Gehrig presentational piece c.1939. Very fine quality silverplated baseball shaped glove with bat and ball dTcor measures 5" across and weighs over four pounds. The ball is inscribed in the manner of Gehrig's hand, "To Marion and Ray Devotedly Eleanor and Lou Gehrig 4/12/39".
