Description: Fine Honus Wagner baseball decal bat c.1910-15. Early J.F. Hillerich & Son Louisville Slugger model 40W bat measures 32" long with a substantive thick stock handle and two toned wood finish. Horizontal decal picturing Wagner remains in its original, unrestored condition on the barrel end. Decal is approx. 80-85% intact with some chipping at the right edge and to a lesser degree the left edge. Strong example with attractive overall appearance in its original patina: EX
