Description: Rick Ferrell professional model baseball bat c. 1933-34. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 33.4oz. The bat shows strong evidence of usage including repaired handle crack, ball/cleat marks, and surface wear. Vault stamped "F28" on both knob and barrel ends. Ferrell was an 18 year Major League catcher for several teams including the Washington Senators and Boston Red Sox, earning him the reputation as one of the game's most durable players and election to the HOF.
