Rectangular 9"x21" cardboard trolley sign picturing Joe DiMaggio, Sid Gordon, Mel Allen, Bob Feller, and Jackie Robinson. Issued by the Institute for American Democracy, Inc. with slogan printed at top, "...and remember fans...in America HITS are made by men of EVERY race, religion, and color". Sign has corner chips at top right and left, bottom right corner has a small crease. Also has some general light creasing in areas and a small repaired tear at Jackie's last name. Significant advertising piece of rarity with uncommon social relevance: VG-VG/EX
