Description: 1971 Bill Melton Chicago White Sox home jersey. Pinstriped white home jersey with original "Sox" team name on front. #56 on front and back is a period number change from Melton's original #14. Retains "Melton" chain stitched strip tag inside collar and Wilson tag on tail front along with "1971-ST" chain stitched into the shirt. Jersey also has original White Sox patch on left shoulder. Melton was a hitting force with the White Sox during that era. Includes LOA from SCD Authentic David Bushing/Dan Knoll: EX
