Framed (13"x16") certificate dated November 8, 2012 naming Johnny Unitas a member of "The State of Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame." The State seal appears at lower left and a printed/autopen signature of Governor Martin O'Malley is on the right; larger paper stock folio (12"x15.5") contains an official "State of Maryland...Governor's Citation" congratulating Unitas posthumously on his induction into the Hall of Fame.
