Description: Julius Erving autographed Spalding Trophy in commemoration of (2.5) million Dr. J basketballs sold (Erving Collection). Figural trophy featuring a full sized Spalding brand basketball which has been bronzed set atop a square wooden base. A placard on the front reads, "Presented to Dr. Jy, In Recognition of Over Two And One Half Million Dr.J Basketballs Sold During The Past 13 Years With Spalding." The piece stands approx. 17" tall and displays nicely however the basketball is no longer affixed to base and there are some cracks/imperfections to the applied metal layer. It has been signed "Julius Dr. J Erving" on the back (of base) in marker rating 9/10 out of 10.
