Finely manufactured full size figure eight baseball having period ink inscription on side panel, "Eckington Jun. 28. 89 J.E.D. to S.V.H. (?)". The ball itself displays faded manufacturer's stampings across the sweet spot inclusive of "Dead Ball" in titling. Evident moderate use throughout. The ball originated from the family of Elsie Brush who was the wife of New York Giants owner John T. Brush: VG-VG/EXEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
