Description: 1988 NBA All-Star Slam Dunk Competition ticket stub - Michael Jordan foul link dunk. Desirable original ticket stub issued for 1988 All-Star Saturday events which took place the day before the game at Chicago Stadium. The final exhibition scheduled was the long awaited "slam dunk championship." In one of the more memorable which has ever unfolded reigning Champion Michael Jordan squared off against Dominique Wilkins. Onlookers witnessed history in the third round when Jordan scored a perfect (50) to claim victory with his famed free throw line dunk. This iconic moment has been replayed countless times and pictures taken that day have become among the most recognizable ever captured. Stub displays at nicer level than technical grade would indicate with the creasing and wrinkles present throughout not overly detracting from the eye appeal.
