White mesh jersey retains its original screened on "12" numerals on front, back, and both sleeves along with "Namath" screened on green lettering on back. Proper Champion manufacturer's tag affixe to tail front with size XL indicated as well as extra length flag tag which has faded from wash wear. Custom cut and hemmed sleeves as commonly found on other Namath game jerseys. Jersey shows light general wear including some staining to the front. This particular style of jersey with screened on number on back typicallly used by Jets for practice games or back up jerseys as confirmed in period images such as one printed in this catalogue.
