Done in period fountain pen rating 8-8/9 out of 10 on 2.75"x5" slip paper which has been mounted to a scrapbook page. Included (on separate sheet of paper) is a section of the original envelope in which it was sent. Includes full LOA from JSA: Sig. NMEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,500)
