Description: 1905 Massillon Tigers football team photograph. Framed 14"x19" albumen studio image of the Ohio League Champions posed in full uniform with player holding melon style ball in front. "Tigers 05" printed within image at upper right with "Becker" photography studio stamp at bottom. Vintage typewritten identification key found at the bottom. Image remains very clean with frame having a few mounting holes and general wear. The Tigers were a powerful early pre NFL team that rivaled the Canton Bulldogs during the early part of the 20th century.
