Description: 1978 Pete Rose "44 Game Hitting Streak" attributed Corum "Rolls-Royce" 18K gold wristwatch. Men's wristwatch fashioned to appear similar to the front radiator grill of the famed high end automobile has an "RR" Rolls-Royce logo at center of the top along with a small figural representation of their hood ornament above. The face is accented by approx. (70) small diamonds with carat weight of 1.25. "Corum" and "18K" hallmarks appear on the back which is engraved, "Pete Rose Cincinnati Reds, 44 Game Hitting Streak." Likely commissioned as a presentational piece for either Rose himself or to be presented to associates of Rose.
