Description: Mel Ott autograph with studio photograph, blank personal stationary, and handwritten notes. Includes "Melvin T. Ott" full name ink signature (9 out of 10) on a 2.25"x4" section of paper which appears to have been removed from a document with typewritten notations above and the signature of his wife below; multi-page questionnaire as sent to Ott in 1957 which he has filled in on the first (2) pages in block letter print; scrapbook page with 5"x8" sepia toned photo affixed on which Ott has written, "This is the way I get in shape." Also on the page are some publication page clippings and an additional 8"x10" vintage photo; (18) checks which have had the signatures clipped off (17 are filled out by hand with the majority done by Ott himself); letter which was written to Ott which is in the mailing envelope on which Ott has handwritten some notes (not signed by Ott); (7) sheets of blank "Melvin Ott" personal stationary along with (4) unused envelopes; and choice sepia toned satin finish 8"x10" studio photo of Ott housed in the original mount/folio. Signature and handwriting rate 7 to 8/9 out of 10. Varying degrees of wear throughout.
