Description: Cincinnati Bengals professional model football helmet attributed to Archie Griffin c.1970s. Riddell Kra Lite II Bengals model helmet retaining original team decals with interior ear padding intact. "45" written in period black marker on linen tape patch affixed to the interior of the helmet which was the number worn by Archie Griffin. Helmet exhibits heavy use including impact markings, indentations, and scuff marks all of which are consistent with use by a running back such as Griffin.
