Multi-page program issued for the July 28, 1974 event has been signed by the back cover "Neil Armstrong" in pencil rating 8/9 out of 10. Armstrong served as Honorary Chairman. Heavy stock covers have some light discoloration which is more pronounced on front and there is a touch of additional general handling wear. Includes auction LOA from JSA and letter of provenance from Jack Billingham: Sig. NM, Program EXEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
