Description: 1946 Lou Gehrig signature model Louisville Slugger lathe bat. Wooden bat with the original lathe knob ends remaining affixed has a large Lou Gehrig facsimile signature burned in at center. Block lettered into the barrel at right is "1946 - 33"." Measures 34" end to end (bat being 33") with a touch of light surface wear. An interesting display piece and perhaps unique in this form.
