Description: September 23, 2012 Carlos Ruiz Philadelphia Phillies game worn home alternate jersey. Cream colored home style jersey with embroidered "Phillies" team name across the front with "Ruiz" on back with #51 beneath. Bottom tail area of the shirt was cut by Ruiz for game use with tagging having been cut as well. Evident use and wash wear throughout including a pronounced stain on the left shoulder.
