Description: New York Giants professional model baseball hat attributed to Jack Onslow c.1917. Very rare early grey flannel hat with navy blue brim displaying its original blue embroidered "NY" logo on the front. Interior leather band has Spalding manufacturing stamping in silver. Hat shows general use along with a few small moth holes to the top of the bill. Onslow played in only the 1917 season for the Giants. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from the Onslow family: EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$2,000)
