Description: Early cast iron basketball rim attributed to Spalding c.1910. Desirable extension mount style cast iron rim remaining fully intact with original arm extensions. The rim exhibits typical surface rusting. Identical to several documented examples which had Spalding manufacturer labeling that, apparently, on the offered rim has worn off or is obscured by the rusting.
