Description: NFL Alumni Association 10K gold ring presented to Fred Gehrke. Original ring as issued in the 1970s to long time Cleveland and Los Angeles Rams play Fred Gehrke who was credited with the first Rams painted helmet with the iconic golden 'horns'. Ring has a raised football design on top which is lettered "National Football League Alumni" around the edge. On one shank is the "NFL Alumni" shield logo with the name "Gehrke" and number "18" incorporated into the design above. The opposite has a relief of a game action scene. Marked "Jostens 10K" on the interior band. The ring is size (12.5) with some light wear and weighs (38) grams: EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$3,000)
