Description: Late 1920s Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig autographed baseball. Red and blue stitched Reach B.Johnson Official American League baseball has been signed "Babe Ruth" across the sweetspot in fountain pen. The first name rates approx. 5/6-6 out of 10 while the last name is largely worn off. "Lou Gehrig" autograph on adjacent panel is intact and rates 6-6/7 with the first name stronger than the last. Ball displays soiling with use and wear throughout. The Gehrig panel has a pair of missing pieces to the upper surface.
