Description: "Language Series" large format reading primer with baseball decoration c.1894. Oversized poster marked "Caxton" with an 1894 copyright date has "Language Series" titling across the top. It was intended to hang in a classroom to help children learn "action words." The piece measures 23.5"x35.5" and offers striking display value with a well illustrated scene of children at play.
