Description: July 24, 1983 George Brett "Pine Tar Game" ticket stub. Original stub issued for the Royals vs. Yankees game played at Yankee Stadium. The game was won by New York after George Brett's 9th inning homerun was nullified by umpires who cited a violation of the rules regarding the amount of pine tar a player could have on his bat.
