Description: 1922 World Series Game #5 ticket stub ((PSA/DNA 3 *MK). Original ticket as issued for Game #5 played at the Polo Grounds between the New York Giants and New York Yankees. The Giants defeated the Yankees by a score of 5 to 3 to capture the World Championship by a total of four game to zero (one tie). Babe Ruth batted a miserable .115 during the series contributing to a second straight season in which the Yankees fell to the Giants. Ticket presents in very clean condition with small abrasion on back near perforation mentioned for accuracy only. Period ink titling of both teams on front accounting for the MK designation by PSA.
