It has been signed by (13) incl. Howie Long, Ted Hendricks, Art Shell, Willie Brown, Tim Brown, Fred Biletnikoff, Ray Guy, Marcus Allen, Jim Otto, Mike Haynes, George Blanda, Bob Brown, and Warren Sapp. All have added an HOF inscription and the black marker signatures rate 8 out of 10 or better (Hayes 7-7/8 with minute flaw.
