Werth signed the jersey in black marker. Signature rates 8 out of 10. MLB Authenticated serial #LH428480 hologram sticker is on the jersey, and is in their database as team issued which is standard for game worn jerseys entered in their database at a later date (1/28/2010 in this case). The jersey shows excellent use with light dirt staining visible, and wash tag curling/fading associated with washings following use in multiple games.
