Description: 1955 Billy Goodman Boston Red Sox professional model road jersey with pants, belt, and stirrup socks. Road gray jersey has "Boston" team name across the front and number "10" on back. "Tim McAuliffe" tag is on the front tail with "55 40 2in 10" embroidered below (denoting year, size, custom hem, and player number). A wash tag is inside. A pair of Red Sox pants are likewise by McAuliffe and have "No 26 1955 34 28 ins" stitched inside (suggesting they were issued to another player - Faye Throneberry - during the same season). Also included are a belt and pair of woolen red/white/blue stirrup socks. All pieces are well preserved with appropriate use/wear throughout and no notable flaws aside from some very spotting on pants.
