Description: Lot of late 1960s Los Angeles Dodgers uniforms from the Ralph Branca Collection. Pair of vintage uniforms given to Branca by the Dodgers for use during team related functions. Includes home jersey which has its' original "Dodgers" team name across the front. The number "13" on the chest and back are replacements done in the period by the team as that was Branca's uniform number while pitching with the Dodgers. Tim McAuliffe tag on the front tail has adjacent year "67" and size "52" tags and there is a "Lee" embroidered strip tag below (originally issued to Bob Lee). On the left sleeve is an original 1969 "100th Anniversary" patch. Pants are likewise by McAuliffe with "67", "40" and "32" tags (year, size, and inseam) in the waist and the number "39" written on in vintage marker; road gray jersey which has "Los Angeles" team name across the front with number "39" below. Number also appears on the back. Tim McAuliffe tag is on the front tail with adjacent size "52" and year "67" tags. An embroidered strip tag below reads "Bob Lee." The Dodgers road jerseys were manufactured by Rawlings in 1967 and it is presumed that this McAuliffe jersey was a sample or extra which the team had on hand and later gave to Branca. Included pants are by Rawlings with "Set 1 1967" flag tag and an embroidered strip tag reading "Lee 40 28." Both well preserved with appropriate use/wear evident throughout.
