Description: 1955 Del Rice St. Louis Cardinals professional model home jersey. Cream colored flannel jersey with the Cardinals birds on bat logo embroidered across the front has player number "18" on back. "Rawlings" tag appears on front tail with adjacent size "44" tag and the name "Del Rice" is embroidered just below. Inside are the wash tag and "Set 1 1955" flag tag. Well preserved with usage and wash wear evident throughout. Some very minor scattered red discoloration is presumably from the undershirts worn by St. Louis in the period. Rice spent (10) seasons with the Cardinals and was a member of their 1946 World Series Championship team. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$1,500)
