Description: Scarce Home Run Cigarettes advertising poster c.1910. Rare and impressive color lithographic poster depicting a batter and catcher in full baseball uniform. Sign advertises Home Run brand cigarettes at the top and pictures an unopened pack at the bottom. One of only a handful of documented examples the offered sign has some restoration to a tear on right side and at the top right border. Remainder of the display remains fairly clean with a few surface abraions that have been lightly inpainted and a small crack that is at the top of the frame. Remains in its orig. frame with green wash similar to another known example. One of the more desirable and attractive period baseball tobacco related displays. 12"x18": VG-EX (With note to restoration)
