Description: Lot of (4) 1943-44 Jefferson Burdick signed letters to John D. Wagner with collecting content (Overall EX) Feb. 27, 1943 letter on back of card catalog/supplement page which is signed, "J.R. Burdick" (small imperfection at center of signature) which is mostly about Hassan triple folders. Mailing fold and light wear, includes original envelope; April 11, 1943 letter back of catalog/supplement page which is signed "J.R. Burdick." Content relates "Many thanks for your fine checking of the baseball listings", mention of Colgan's Chips, and a number of other non-sports cards. Light toning with a pair of mailing folds; Jan. 22, 1944 two page letter typed on backs of card catalog pages which is signed "J.R. Burdick." Content includes mention of Sporting Life, Cracker Jack cards ("must have been issued in two years with a number of changes"), and Charles Bray and a large collection they were to sort through. Mailing fold at center (envelope included) with some chipping/loss at right edge; Oct. 17, 1944 letter on back of catalog/supplement page which has been signed "Jeff."
