Description: Johnny Unitas Baltimore Colts professional model pants c.1970s -Impeccable Unitas Family provenance. White satin pants with blue and white trim have kneepad inserts secured in a pouch sewn into each leg. "Sand-Knit" tag inside notes size (34) with an adjacent "Long" tag. Number "19" is written in the waist in vintage marker beside another notation which has largely faded from view (this appears to read "61-0"). Use and some general age/storage related wear throughout includes scattered spotting/discoloration. The pants are one of only a few select career contemporary uniform pieces which remain within the Unitas Collection and represent a rare opportunity to acquire a piece of game equipment with ironclad and direct provenance.
