Description: "Between The Acts" lot of (3) early cigarette boxes with (9) example cards (Boxes PR-VG/EX, Cards GD-EX/MT, avg. VG) Trio of early slide and shell boxes, each bearing late 1880s tax stamp (two overstamped with one illegible and the other dating to 1888). One box missing interior tray and is heavily toned with some surface/paper loss/chipping. Others display slightly less wear with interior trays present. Includes (9) example cards, all with Between The Acts backs, from several different series highlighted by Wm. Henry Harrison card from the Presidents series (EX-EX/MT). Cards are generally strong with touch of corner/edge wear. A few having surface wrinkle/crease and (2) have slight back damage/loss: Boxes PR-VG/EX, Cards GD-EX/MT, Avg.
