Description: Knipples Salon baseball team of Saginaw, MI c.1890s large format photograph (EX) Striking oversized sepia toned photograph captures members of the local team posed in uniform with equipment and what was presumably their home Stadium as backdrop. Offered for the first time, the image originally hung in the bar which was located at the corner of Janes Ave. and 12th St. Displayed within the original wooden frame which has gilted accent, the photo displays a touch of silvering/toning and some natural age wear.
