Description: Del Bissionette Hartford Bees professional model hat c.1942-43 (Boston Braves Eastern League affiliate) (EX) Nicely preserved blue woolen hat with "B" applied team logo at front as issued to Bissionette who served as Manager in 1942 and 43 and also played in several games in 42. Large "Bissionette" embroidered strip tag is stiched inside with no other markings other than a faint handwritten notation on leather band (can not be deciphered but it appears to end with the year "1946" noted). Mild typical discoloration/soiling due to use and age and general usage wear evident throughout. Brim remains fully pliable: EX ($300-$500)Final Bid: $264.00
