Original heavy paper stock State of New York issued "Certificate of Registration of Owner of Motor Vehicle" identification card has the name "Christopher Mathewson" typed in along with his St. Nicholas Place address. The date "Arp 7 1916" is stamped along the right side. Mild general wear includes creasing/wrinkles around the edges (which have been trimmed down slightly, likely to fit a wallet). Includes Mathewson Collection certificate of provenance (PSA/DNA): GD/VG
